Persons under 18 are not permitted to enter.

Residents of South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory are not eligible to enter.

The prize draw will take place on Monday 15 September 2025 and winners will be contacted directly by a representative of the Mazda Foundation. The name of the winner will also be published on the Mazda Foundation website after the draw has taken place.

The Promoter is not responsible for any entry not received by it during the Promotional Period, including as a consequence of any failure of technology or service operated by or supplied to the Promoter.

By purchasing a ticket, it is deemed that all terms and conditions have been agreed to and accepted by the person whose name is completed in the entry mechanism as the Entrant, and the Entrant warrants that he or she is not ineligible for the draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Mazda Foundation Prize Draw 006. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Mazda Foundation Prize Draw 006.

The Promoter may use entrants’ personal information for publicity or promotion purposes and the entrants’ personal information will be collected, used and managed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Mazda Foundation Prize Draw 006.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: MAZDA FOUNDATION PRIZE DRAW 006

The Mazda Foundation Prize Draw 006 (Prize Draw 006) is conducted by Mazda Foundation Limited as trustee for The Mazda Foundation (ABN 12 465 501 576) of 211A Wellington Road, Mulgrave VIC 3170 (Mazda Foundation).

Proceeds from Prize Draw 006 will be applied to the Mazda Foundation for the purpose of supporting Australia’s leading progressive charities and programs that create positive and meaningful change. Certain expenses relating to Prize Draw 006 may be deducted from the proceeds. The total number of tickets available is limited to 5,000. The cost per ticket is $50.00.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Prize Draw 006 commences at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday 18 August 2025 and ends at 23:00pm (AEST) on Friday 12 September 2025 (Promotional Period).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Entry to Prize Draw 006 is open to all residents of Australia, excluding residents of WA, NT and SA. Entrants must be 18 years old or over. Employees or office bearers of the Mazda Foundation and persons engaged in the conduct of the draw (and the relatives of employees or office bearers of Mazda Foundation and persons engaged in the conduct of the draw) are ineligible to enter the draw.

HOW TO ENTER

Entry is via Internet only at https://app.galabid.com/mfraffle25. To enter Prize Draw 006, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

1. purchase and retain a valid ticket from https://app.galabid.com/mfraffle25 (Eligible Purchase);
2. retain the receipt for the Eligible Purchase (Purchase Receipt); and
3. accept these terms and conditions of the competition (Prize Draw 006).

WINNER DETERMINATION

The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible Entrants at 11:00am (AEST) on Monday 15 September 2025 at Mazda Foundation, 211A Wellington Road, Mulgrave VIC 3170
(Winner). The draw will be undertaken using the computerised system CrowdComms, www.galabid.com.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE COLLECTION

The Winner will be notified via telephone within two (2) days of the draw and in writing/e-mail within four (4) days of the draw, and the Winner’s name and locality will be published on the Mazda Foundation website (www.mazdafoundation.org.au) on Tuesday 16 September 2025 and will remain on this website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps to notify the Winner will be taken. The Winner must claim the Prize by Monday 13 October 2025. If the Winner has not claimed the Prize by this date, subject to state regulations 1, there will be an unclaimed Prize draw held on Friday 17 October 2025 and the winner of the unclaimed Prize will be notified in writing on Friday 17 October 2025.

There is one prize. The prize is a Mazda CX-80 G40e Azami Mild Hybrid (Prize).

The Prize includes registration in the State in which the Prize Winner resides, dealer delivery and all other mandatory on road costs. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. No optional extras or accessories included unless stated. All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the Winner. The Prize excludes comprehensive insurance, operational costs, fuel, personal costs and any other ancillary or incidental costs related to the Prize or anything else not specifically mentioned, which is the responsibility of the Winner.

Due date for delivery or collection of the Prize is subject to availability of the vehicle, but is anticipated to be within eight weeks of the date the Winner claims the Prize.

If the Prize Winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the motor vehicle Prize in his or her name then they may assign the motor vehicle Prize to another person with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the Winner and an assignee. The Prize will be made available for the Winner to collect from the authorised Mazda dealer closest to the Winner’s place of residence as stated in their entry details (see www.Mazda.com.au for a list of Mazda dealer locations). All costs associated with travel to and from the dealer is at the Winner’s own cost.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs or repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the Prize after the date and time of Prize collection by the Winner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained arising out of in relation to or in connection with this promotion, including as a result of using the Prize.
